According to ENERGY STAR, "A typical household spends about $1,900 a year on energy bills and contributes twice the amount of greenhouse gases to the environment as an average car."  With the rising cost of energy and the detrimental impact that using energy inefficiently has on the environment it is crucial that we all do our part to use energy wisely.  Find more information on energy use in homes and many other business types from ENERGY STAR here.
